Wheelchair Access
A wheelchair is available for use within the surgery for those who may have difficulty walking, please speak to the reception staff when booking appointment or once you arrive.
Disabled parking
There are designated disabled parking bays at the front of both sites for our patients who have a Blue Badge or have difficulty walking longer distances.
The Blue Badge Scheme helps you park closer to your destination if you’re disabled. For more information and an Application Form visit your local council office.
Hearing Difficulties
Please let the reception staff know if you require an interpreter.
The practice have a loop induction system at Reception to assist the hearing impaired. For more information regarding hearing loops visit Hearing Link Website

If you or your family member are blind or partially sighted and require additional assistance such as guidance through the surgery or documents in large print please let the reception staff know.

Guide/Assistance Dogs
Guide dogs or assistance dogs are welcome in the practice. To help our staff to identify a guide/assistance dog we ask the patient to ensure the dog is wearing a vest or harness.
