The Friends and Family Test is a feedback tool that offers patients the chance to give feedback on the treatment and care they have received.
We welcome all comments on the services provided by the Practice.
We are continually looking to turn our patient feedback into real improvements in the services we provide.
We would like to hear from you on how we can improve our patients’ experience. We would also like to hear from you if you are pleased with the service.
The anonymous feedback is collated monthly and shared with practice staff and discussed with the practice Patient Participation Group

All staff at the Pratice are caring and put patient care first. The GPs listen to their patients own views about health issues and are ready to explain health care management. Service is also prompt and I for one feel cared care for extremely well by the Overdale Medical Practice. Thankyou.
